Born and raised in Alphabet City in New York City, Eric Velez brings a unique perspective to his music. His catchy melodies and acoustic tone fit amicably along side his emotionally honest lyrics. 

Eric's desire to make music started very early on in his life. He wrote his first song at age 8 using his older brother's Yamaha PortaSound PSS-130, and the song consisted of 6 notes and no lyrics. Since then, Eric has used songwriting as his means of expression, tackling topics like love, heartbreak, life and faith. 

Almost Perfect EP is his debut to the music scene, featuring 6 acoustic songs plus a bonus track. Available June 2016.
